Contact messages

The prototype contact form does not submit information to a website database. It opens an email draft on your device, and you choose whether to send it. If a hosted contact endpoint is enabled later, this notice will be updated before launch to explain what is collected, why, how long it is kept, and who receives it.

Analytics and server logs

No analytics service is enabled in this prototype. A production web host may retain basic security and access logs. The production privacy notice should identify the host and its retention practices once hosting is finalized.

Sermons and giving

The Sermons page embeds content from Logos/Faithlife. The Give page loads Tithely's giving service. Those providers may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details when their content loads, and their own privacy policies apply. Payment details are handled by Tithely and are not collected by this website.

Deletion or privacy questions

To ask about a message you emailed or request its deletion from the church's records, contact therefugechurchsw@gmail.com. Do not use the website or email for emergency, legal, medical, or highly sensitive personal information.
